Jim Frank Farms offers three excellent purchasing options for our beef. First and foremost, it's important to note that our beef is processed under the Texas Custom Processing Grant, which means it will be labeled "Not For Sale." This designation allows our product to be enjoyed exclusively by the purchaser and those they choose to share it with. Please keep in mind that our beef cannot be used in restaurants or resold.

This also implies that our beef is sold in shares of a cow. While many are accustomed to buying whole, half, or quarter beefs, we offer our shares based on the weight of the meat purchased. This means you can buy a share weighing 20 pounds or 30 pounds of the cow. This approach enables us to provide more affordable shares and minimizes the storage space you need. This restricts the available cuts primarily to ground beef. When a share is divided among 10 to 12 people, each individual ends up with just one steak, which feels inadequate. Our goal is to be your go-to source for locally pasture-raised ground beef.

Why Purchase Local Pasture Raised Beef?

Choosing locally raised ground beef not only benefits your health and taste buds but also supports a sustainable and responsible food system.
