Deposit of $1,500.00 is required for a whole cow, and $900.00 for a half cow. The final weight and cost will be determined upon processing, at which point the exact weight will be known. Generally, the deposit represents approximately half of the total final cost. 

This is an on-farm pickup only. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. Please ensure you have four medium-sized ice chests or two large ice chests to accommodate the entire cow. Pickup will take place on a Saturday or Sunday, approximately eight miles south of Shiner, Texas.

Custom Processing: Approximately half of the cow will be processed into ground meat. For the remaining portion, please complete the cut sheet below by selecting the specific cuts you desire. Ensure that you make only one selection for each item.

Review and Deposit Invoice: We will first review the cut sheet before providing available processing dates. Once a date is confirmed, a deposit invoice will be issued via Square, which can be paid conveniently through your mobile device.

7 cubic foot freezer (which is about the smallest chest freezer available) will hold one of our whole calves 

Please note our beef is 100% natural and chemical additive free grass fed and finished. The steak cuts and will be leaner and can be smaller size portions than the growth hormone ones found in supermarkets.
